What hacker groups do by uploading games without the owners' permission is considered a forbidden transgression. The high price of these games does not justify violating the rights of their owners, because these are owned rights for which money and effort were expended to produce them. Copying them invalidates these rights and wastes these funds. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful unless given with his willing consent."
