Does the discovery by a non-specialist of a new miracle in the Holy Quran fall under the noble verse: "It is He who has sent down to you the Book. In it are verses [that are] precise - they are the foundation of the Book - and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation, they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah. But those firm in knowledge say, 'We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord.' And no one will be reminded except those of understanding," such that he should not research miracles as long as he is not specialized, or should he inquire if he encounters something?

Reflecting on the Qur'an is important for increasing faith and understanding its meanings, not for following the ambiguous verses. It is one of the causes that increase a servant's guidance and fear of Allah. Allah may open special understandings for some of those who reflect. However, a Muslim should seek the truth in their understanding, and not interpret the Qur'an in a way that it does not signify, because that is speaking about Allah without knowledge, and it is one of the great sins. Likewise, it is not permissible for an ordinary person to interpret the Qur'an based solely on their own opinion, because whoever speaks about the Qur'an without knowledge has erred, even if they happen to be correct, they are sinful for transgressing against the Book of Allah without fulfilling the conditions of interpretation.
