Is zakat obligatory on land prepared for trade that has been held for a full year, and what is the zakatable amount in Saudi Riyals?

Zakat is obligatory on lands owned with the intention of trade. Their value is estimated at the end of the year (hawl), and zakat is paid on them at a rate of 2.5%. It is disbursed to the categories of zakat recipients mentioned in Surat At-Tawbah, verse 60. If commodities are purchased with money, their hawl is the hawl of the money with which they were purchased. Lands prepared for buying and selling are considered trade commodities, and their value is assessed at the completion of the hawl based on their market price at that time, regardless of their purchase price. The zakat nisab (minimum threshold) for gold is 85 grams, and for silver is 595 grams. The nisab for cash is the equivalent value of the silver nisab.
