Is it permissible to take money from a charity to pay private school installments due to the poor quality of public schools, without knowing the source of the money, whether it is from Sadaqat (charity) or Zakat (obligatory charity), and without these funds being requested?

It is permissible for someone who receives money without asking for it or anticipating it to take it and dispose of it as they wish, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying to Umar ibn al-Khattab: "If you receive something from this money while you are neither looking forward to it nor asking for it, then take it. But if not, do not let your soul pursue it." Accordingly, it is permissible to pay private school installments from this money, especially if the granting entity did not specify a particular purpose for its expenditure.
