Is it permissible to bathe with Zamzam water inside the bathroom or to recite the Quran therein for medicinal purposes?

As for reciting the Qur'an over it for healing, this combines two blessed remedies, both of which are proven to be cures. Allah Almighty says: "And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers."

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Zamzam water is for what it is drunk for," and "Zamzam is a delicious food and a cure for illness," and "The best water on the face of the earth is Zamzam water; it is a delicious food and a cure for illness."

Ibn al-Qayyim said: "I used to take a cup of Zamzam water and recite Al-Fatiha over it many times, then drink it. I found in it such benefit and strength as I had never experienced with any medicine."
