Does the passing of the time for Fajr prayer unintentionally, after waking up for it and attempting to perform it, lead to apostasy, and is this a matter of dispute among scholars?

A Muslim must perform the obligatory prayer at its prescribed time. There is no sin upon him if he sleeps after the time for prayer has begun, provided he believes he will wake up for the prayer within its time, or if sleep overwhelms him until the time expires. There is no negligence in sleep if it is not due to carelessness. However, it is not permissible to sleep after the time for prayer has begun if one knows or strongly suspects that they will wake up after the time has expired. It is obligatory to make up the prayer if its time expires before one wakes up. One should take measures to aid in waking up, such as setting an alarm. A person who is negligent in this regard is sinful.
