Is everything related to human development forbidden and contrary to creed and Sharia, or is there something beneficial that can be adopted?

The field of human development includes a beneficial and useful aspect, such as courses related to life planning, goal setting, time management, raising children, and the arts of family relationships, dialogue, communication, and public speaking. It also includes a dangerous and corrupt aspect from an Islamic perspective, represented by aspects based on philosophical fallacies and erroneous theories, along with esoteric methods or pagan rituals.
