How can the suffering of the orphans and people of Aleppo be alleviated through a Hadith or an Ayah?

This world is a place of trial and tribulation, and the believer navigates its various states. Affliction may come through the loss of lives and wealth, and the patient one attains mercy, forgiveness, and elevation in rank. Being killed unjustly elevates one to the status of martyrs. Every harm that befalls a Muslim, even a thorn prick, God uses it to expiate sins, raise their status, and record reward for them. God tests His servants to distinguish the patient and hopeful from others, so the patient one receives immense reward, while God's wrath increases upon the impatient.
