Does reciting Surat Al-Mulk between the Adhan of Fajr and the Iqamah suffice for reciting it before sleep to attain its virtue mentioned in the Hadith: "Indeed there is a Surah in the Qur'an of thirty verses that intercedes for its companion until he is forgiven: 'Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion'"?

It has been established in the Hadith (definition) that Surat Al-Mulk intercedes for its reciter until he is forgiven. There is no restriction mentioned regarding the time of its recitation, but it has been narrated that it is recommended to recite it every night before sleep, due to the practice of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

As for reciting it in the morning, it is permissible. However, designating a specific time for consistently reciting it without valid Sharia (definition) evidence is considered an added innovation (bid'ah idafiyyah), because acts of worship are based on divine injunction.
