How can a person who has memorized the Qur’an and been granted an Ijazah in it begin to seek knowledge of the noble Hadith in order to combine the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and what is the suggested methodology for him in terms of reading or memorization, and which books do you recommend?

It is advised for the memorizer of the Qur'an who desires to read the Sunnah to begin by memorizing abridged works such as "Al-Arba'in an-Nawawiyyah" (An-Nawawi's Forty Hadith), "Umdat al-Ahkam," and "Bulugh al-Maram," then "Riyadh as-Salihin," while correcting pronunciations and understanding meanings from a proficient scholar. After that, one should move on to "Al-Muwatta'" and "the Two Sahihs."
