Will I be sinful if I sell merchandise to my colleague's customers after the company prohibited us from selling sponges?

It is not forbidden to sell over a Muslim's sale unless there is mutual agreement or contentment between the two parties regarding the price and the commodity. This does not include the stage of negotiation or contemplation.
