The answer

You must strive against these intrusive thoughts and get rid of them, and not give in to them; because striving against them is rewarded.

Reflect on the wisdom of God Almighty and the limitations of our minds in comprehending the secrets of His actions, and consider God's favor upon you in guiding you to Islam.

The fact that the male gender is superior to the female gender does not necessitate that every man is better than every woman. The door to drawing closer to God and competing for His pleasure is open to all.

Occupy yourself with what benefits you in terms of knowledge, deeds, good company, and supplication. Your hatred of these intrusive thoughts is a sign of the sincerity of your faith and will not harm you.
