Is an oath constituted by the words, "Go to your father's house and do not return," with the intention of threatening, not divorcing?

It is recommended to be good to one's family and treat them kindly, as this spreads affection and blocks the path of Satan. Allah has commanded this. It is also sunnah to emulate the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), for he was the best of people to his family. Divorce is of two types: explicit, such as "You are divorced," and implicit (kinayah), such as "Go to your father's house and do not return." Divorce does not occur through implicit expressions unless one intends divorce. Therefore, if you did not intend divorce with the aforementioned words, it does not occur.
