What is the ruling on a daughter visiting her mother, who lives with her (the daughter’s) sister and the sister’s husband, without her (the daughter’s) own husband accompanying her, knowing that the mother refuses her daughter to go out with her husband, and refuses her (the daughter’s) visit to her (the mother’s) home because the couple (the daughter and her husband) do not prefer visiting in the presence of the sister’s husband?

There is no harm in you visiting your mother at your sister's house in the presence of your sister's husband, provided that Islamic guidelines are observed, and you avoid (private seclusion) or unlawful intermingling, because your sister's husband is a non- (a man whom a woman can lawfully marry).
