Is it permissible to dispose of the property of minors after they reach the age of majority, and is permission required for that?

If a minor reaches adulthood and becomes of sound judgment, their money is given to them, and it is permissible to dispose of it with their permission. There is no objection to taking the money donated by the offender's family after forgiving them, but it is not permissible to waive the minors' right to the blood money (diyyah), and their right to it remains preserved, because it is a condition for the forgiver to be an adult of sound mind.
