The answer

If the agreement with the sister is a will stipulating estrangement and severing ties of kinship, then it is invalid. If it is out of concern for her regarding travel, then it is not obligatory, unless the intention is to prevent her from sin, in which case it is obligatory. However, if the agreement is an oath, then if she is the one who took the oath, she has a choice between fulfilling it, as long as it does not involve disobedience [to Allah], and breaking it with expiation. And if you are the one who took the oath, then it is not obligatory upon her to fulfill your oath, but it is recommended.
