Is it permissible to write the Basmala on wedding invitations, given the possibility of them being discarded in streets or trash cans?

It is prescribed to write "Bismillah" (In the name of Allah) on letters and cards, following the example of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. The recipient of a card containing the name of Allah or a Quranic verse must respect it and not discard it in trash bins or inappropriate places. The same applies to newspapers and similar materials that contain the mention of Allah. The sin falls upon the one who misuses it, not on the writer.
