What is the ruling on consuming stolen money if one participates with the thief in selling it and splitting its price?

Theft is one of the major sins. The thief must repent and return the stolen goods to their owners. If he does not do so, then whoever knows about the theft must advise him. If he does not respond, he should cut ties with him, report him, and try to return the stolen goods to their owners or give them as charity on their behalf.
