Who inherits a divorced man who has no children, and he has a living sister (who has sons and daughters), and he has deceased brothers and sisters (who have children); in two cases: his sister remains alive, or she dies before him?

If the deceased has no male or female children, and their heirs are only their full sister and the sons of their full brothers, then the sister inherits one-half, and the rest goes to the sons of their full brothers. However, if the sister dies before the deceased, then the entire inheritance goes to the sons of their full brothers. The sons of the sister do not inherit. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts for precise investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
