Is it permissible to sell a product online with the addition of 2% of its price as state-imposed tax fees, provided that this is explicitly mentioned alongside the price?

There is no harm in mentioning the percentage mandated by official authorities (2% as fees) during a sale, if the buyer agrees to pay the stipulated amount and the percentage in exchange for the commodity, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's property unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful."
