What is the ruling regarding a man saying to his angry wife: "From now on, you are no longer under my marital authority ( عصمتي)," without uttering the word of divorce?

If a man's anger intensifies to the point that he loses consciousness, then nothing is incumbent upon him. However, if he is aware of what he is saying and intends divorce, then the divorce occurs. If he does not intend divorce, then nothing is upon him. If a divorce occurs, he may reconcile with his wife before her waiting period (iddah) ends, if it is the first or second divorce. However, if it is the third divorce, she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband willingly and he divorces her after consummating the marriage. Divorce occurs by uttering it or by using an indirect expression (kinayah) that implies it, with the intention of divorce.
