A woman must pray, and prayer is not waived for her due to her inability to perfect the recitation of Al-Fatiha. Rather, she must learn. If she is unable, then she must pray behind someone who can lead her, if possible. Otherwise, she should pray and remember Allah instead of reciting. Her neighbors must advise her and help her perform the prayer.
