Is the recording of my deeds predetermined and written in advance, or is it continuously recorded and documented until death?

The types of divine inscription of human deeds are numerous: a general inscription in the Preserved Tablet (Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz) before the creation of the heavens and the earth, a specific inscription for each human being in their mother's womb, and then a more particular inscription after the deed is done, in their record of deeds. These inscriptions have been interpreted by His Almighty's saying: "And a Book inscribed. On parchment unrolled." On the Day of Resurrection, the Preserved Tablet will be raised, and every human will look at their deeds within it. Then, the records of the servants' deeds will be unrolled around the Throne. What is done today is what the pens have dried upon and what the decrees have flowed with, for everyone is facilitated for what they were created for.
