Is it permissible to eat rabbits and partridges hunted during times when hunting is prohibited by the state, and is it permissible to disobey the ruler in this regard?

"One must adhere to the laws of the state if they present a clear benefit and do not contradict Islamic law, such as prohibiting hunting during certain seasons to preserve animal wildlife. Whoever violates such laws commits a sin, but what they hunt is permissible to eat. However, if there is no clear benefit in the laws, then it is not obligatory to adhere to them, and it is permissible to violate them. Nevertheless, a Muslim should not debase himself if he fears falling into hardship."
