Is dedicating a specific time to read Surat Al-Mulk every day, either after or before Fajr prayer, to ensure it is not forgotten, considered an innovation (bidʻah)?

Surat Tabaarak prevents the torment of the grave, and there is no harm in reciting it daily after Dhuhr prayer if the intention is out of fear of forgetting to recite it. However, it is better to recite it at night, due to what was narrated by Ibn Mas'ud, raised (to the Prophet): "Whoever recites 'Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi al-mulk' (Blessed is He in whose hand is the dominion) every night, Allah Almighty will protect him thereby from the torment of the grave."
