Can an inheritance be calculated if there is an intersex (son) among the heirs?

If the sole heir of a deceased person is a hermaphrodite, they inherit the entire estate, whether they turn out to be male or female. The male inherits by ta'sib (residuary heirship), and the female takes half by fard (prescribed share) and the remainder by radd (return). It is advisable to consult Sharia courts or scholars regarding inheritance matters to confirm heirs, wills, debts, and rights, as these take precedence over the heirs' right to the wealth.
