What you have done is that you swore by Allah that you would divorce your wife if she left the house without your permission, using the phrase "I divorce you." If your intention was to effect the divorce immediately upon the occurrence of the suspended condition, then the divorce takes place. However, if your intention was a promise of divorce, then if the wife leaves without your permission, you have the choice between divorcing her and keeping her. In the case of keeping her, you are obligated to offer an expiation for a broken oath (kaffarat yamin). The suspended divorce cannot be revoked according to the majority of jurists, and the oath is essentially dissolved by breaking it the first time. We also caution that divorce is not the only solution to marital problems.
