Is a father giving his house to his son, to the exclusion of his daughters from another marriage, considered an injustice to them, and does it make the house's money unlawful (haram)? And what is the Islamic legal duty regarding this?

The will stipulated by the father, that the house should belong to the son alone after his death, is not permissible, because the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person his due right, so there is no will for an heir." The correct approach is for what the father left behind to be distributed among all his heirs according to their legal shares, and the son is not entitled to monopolize the house unless all adult heirs consent to it. What is inherited is only the value of the building, and the land belongs to the mother.
