Is it permissible to borrow from the bank in the form of a home renovation loan to pay off debts?

Islamic banks redevelop real estate through the parallel and ordinary Istisna' (manufacturing) contracts. The rulings and conditions of these contracts, as well as the difference between them and usurious financing, have been previously explained.
