What is the ruling on naming a son "Firas," and is this name Christian?

Among the rights of a son upon his father is for the father to choose a good name for him. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, you will be called on the Day of Resurrection by your names and your fathers' names, so make your names good." The most beloved names to Allah are "Abdullah" and "Abdur-Rahman." There is no objection to naming a son with any name that is not forbidden or disliked. There is no harm in naming a son "Firas," as it is a name used by Arabs in ancient times, and it is a kunya (honorific title) for the lion.
