Is one who dies by burning considered a martyr?

Whoever dies by burning is considered a martyr, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying, which enumerated seven types of martyrdom, among them, "the one who dies by fire is a martyr." Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen clarified that every Muslim who dies by fire is considered a martyr. If he was a firefighter, he receives two rewards: the reward for defending his brothers, and the reward of martyrdom by fire, with an emphasis on not testifying to the martyrdom of a specific individual.
