Wearing the aforementioned necklace is not permissible if it involves imitating disbelievers, such as being a symbol for them, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them." However, if it is not specific to them or a symbol for them, then there is no harm in wearing it. It is advised to invest time in what brings benefit in matters of religion and worldly life.
