Whoever doubts that something has exited from him should base his assumption on the original state, which is that nothing has exited, especially the person afflicted with whispers (waswas), whose cure is to disregard these whispers and not pay attention to them. He should not consider anything to have exited unless he has absolute certainty upon which he could swear an oath. This is what is prescribed for the person afflicted with whispers.
