What should I do if I bathed after urinating, then felt drops coming out again after moving? Should I ignore this feeling, or wait until I am sure the urine has completely dried?

What is happening might be a whispering from Satan or it could be a reality. If it is a reality, then one should not rush until the urine flow stops and he washes his private parts, then he should sprinkle water around his private parts to help him abandon the whispers. However, if these are illusions and whispers with no reality to them, he should not pay attention to them, because this emboldens Satan against him. It is obligatory to be wary of Satan's plots and to seek refuge in Allah. If a person is not certain that something has come out of him, he should proceed with his purification and prayer, for certainty is not removed by doubt. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about a man who imagined that something had come out of him during prayer, and he said: "He should not leave until he hears a sound or finds a smell." This is proof that the default is that nothing has come out unless there is certainty.
