The fundamental principle is that a woman should be treated by a female doctor. However, it is permissible for her to be treated by a male doctor if a female doctor is unavailable, or if the male doctor is more skilled, provided that he does not seclude himself with her, that he only looks at and touches the necessary area, and that his conversation with her is limited to what is essential.
A wife's jealousy over her husband is commendable and indicative of love, but if it exceeds its bounds, it harms both her and her husband. The husband should not mention divorce to his wife, even if he is threatening her.
