If the intention behind selling the membership booklet is to sell the real estate property registered within it, then for its validity, ownership of the property and its known status are required, as well as the absence of any condition in the association's regulations that prohibits the sale before the price is paid. However, if the intention is to transfer the right of subscription for a fee, then there is no objection to it.
