Does sin fall upon the one who set up the channel or merely played the audio, or upon every individual who listens or watches, in the event that there is a group of people?

Among the fundamentals of Sharia is the command to cooperate in good and the prohibition of cooperating in evil. Whoever assists in good will receive its reward, and whoever assists in evil will bear its burden; as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Accordingly, the ruling on this channel is dependent on whether it offers good or evil.
