Is concealing one's enrollment in an evening institute to study management—out of fear of envy—consonant with religion?

If you conceal scientific lessons from your friends for fear of envy, there is no harm in it, even though it is better for you to love for your brother what you love for yourself and inform them so they may benefit, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "None of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself."
