Why was the name Ibrahim mentioned with a kasra in Surat Al-Baqarah, and with a yaa in other surahs?

Do not break the meem of the word "Ibraheem" (Abraham); this is to prevent it from being diptote (prevented from sarf) due to being a proper noun of foreign origin. Furthermore, it is not written with a broken meem in the masaahif (copies of the Qur’an). The word appeared fifteen times in Surat al-Baqarah, and in it, as well as in the masaahif of the people of Iraq, it was written without the yaa’ and with a broken haa’ ("Ibrahm"). In contrast, it was written with the yaa’ ("Ibraheem") in the rest of the surahs, and in the masaahif of Madinah, Makkah, and the Imam Mushaf. In the masaahif of the people of Sham, it was written without the yaa’.
