Is the funeral prayer offered for a deceased Muhrim (one in the state of Ihram), and is it offered for a martyr?

The ruling on praying over the martyr has been previously explained. As for the muhrim (one in the state of ihram), he is prayed over like anyone else, except that when washing and shrouding him, it is forbidden to perfume him, to remove any of his hair or nails, and it is forbidden to cover his head or dress him in sewn clothing if he is a man. If she is a woman, it is forbidden to cover her face, because of the hadith of the man whose mount threw him to the ground at Arafat, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded that he be washed with water and lotus leaves, shrouded in two garments, not be perfumed, and his head not be covered, because he will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah. Malik and Abu Hanifa held that the muhrim should be perfumed and dressed in sewn clothing like other deceased people, because the prohibition of perfuming him and covering his head is a ruling among the rulings of Hajj, and it must be invalidated by death. And they said regarding the hadith that it is a ruling specific to that deceased person because it is impossible to know that God will resurrect anyone else on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah.
