What is the ruling on children's songs accompanied by music that include educational advice and are performed by children who sway and clap, and is it permissible for girls to participate in them?

Songs accompanied by music are unlawful (haram). Guardians must protect children from sins, such as habituating them to these songs, and accustom them to acts of obedience. This is because a child is a trust (amanah) with their parents. If the child is accustomed to goodness and proper conduct, they will grow up with it and be سعيدة (happy/blessed) in this world and the Hereafter.
