Does the Hadith that divides the world into four men include matters other than wealth, such as receiving the reward for the intention of helping people with the intention of entering medicine, or the reward for the intention of uniting the ranks of Muslims and uplifting Arabs without striving to achieve that?

A believer's firm intention, coupled with the ability to act upon it, earns the person reward. In terms of the reward for the intention and purpose, that person is equal to the actual doer, but the actual doer receives a multiplied reward. The good deeds recorded for a person are: what they did, what they intended, and what they resolved to do. For the first, the reward for the action is recorded. For the second, only the reward for the intention is recorded. The third is divided into two parts: first, if one resolves to do something and does what they can, but then is prevented from completing it, they receive the full reward. Second, if one resolves to do something and then abandons it despite being able to do it, a full good deed is recorded for their intention. So, whoever strived and exerted effort to enter the medical field with the intention of helping people, but it was not made easy for them, this falls under the first type of resolve. And whoever wished to be a head of state to benefit Muslims but did nothing, the reward for their good intention is recorded for them.
