Is praying ten or fifteen minutes before the 'Isha call to prayer, with the absence of the red twilight, considered performance or a make-up?

The time for Maghrib prayer extends until the red twilight disappears. If the prayer is performed after its time has expired, it is an obligatory prayer performed as a make-up (qaḍāʾ) and not on time (adāʾ). The determining factor for whether the prayer is make-up or on time is the actual entry of the 'Ishāʾ prayer time, not merely hearing the adhan or the passing of certain hours. Whoever prays Maghrib before the entry of 'Ishāʾ prayer time has prayed it on time. Whoever prays it after that has prayed it as a make-up. An error in the intention of make-up or on-time does not invalidate it.
