What advice is there for a Muslim who shaves his beard, knowing that it is prohibited, yet feels at ease with it, to help him in his religion?

The ruling on shaving the beard was previously provided in answer no. 36798. The one who shaves it is sinful and exposed to God's punishment. The one who advises him should be reminded that every action, small or large, will be accounted for, as Allah states: "So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it." (Quran 99:7-8). The one who commits a sin should remember the greatness of his Lord whom he disobeys, and that to Him is the return and final destination, and his Lord will question him on the Day of Reckoning.
