Is it permissible to use mediation to obtain a Hajj visa for someone who has not reached the specified age, and does that affect the validity or acceptance of the Hajj?

The law that prevents a Muslim from performing Hajj before the age of 65, without any organizational benefit, is a void and unjust law. Whoever is able to circumvent it without harm to themselves or others, let them do so, even if by a type of permissible stratagem. In fact, it may become obligatory for them to do so if they are capable of Hajj, because that without which an obligation cannot be fulfilled is itself an obligation.
