Does laughing at baldness after ‘Umrah, or smiling with the intention of mocking the religion, count as mocking the religion?

Laughing at the head of someone whose hair has been shaved during Umrah (definition) is not considered mockery of the religion unless it is specifically intended to mock the rituals. However, if the cause is something related to the head itself without intending disparagement, then there is no harm.

Smiling at thoughts (that are bad or evil) is a serious matter, and repentance for it is obligatory, because smiling is considered an action, and some scholars have likened it to laughter. Smiling can occur without laughter or pleasure, such as the smile of an angry person or a mocker.
