The creditor is allowed to demand his money, and he may refer the matter to the ruler if the debtor refuses to fulfill the right. If he is unable to obtain his right through legitimate means, he may take his right himself from the debtor's property, provided that it does not exceed his right and he is safe from corruption. It is not permissible to forge a sales contract to obtain the right, because it falls under false testimony.
