Is it permissible to work at Algeria's Bank Al Salam Islamic Bank?

We cannot rule on working in the aforementioned bank due to a lack of knowledge regarding its operational system and the extent of its adherence to Sharia guidelines. However, there is no impediment to working in any Islamic bank that adheres to the principles of Sharia in its dealings and possesses reliable Sharia oversight.
