Can a person who is not fully committed [to religious observance] and has bad morals constantly see Allah, the Prophet (peace be upon him), the Sirat (Bridge over Hellfire), the Houris, and the Day of Judgment in their dreams?

There is no impediment to disobedient and negligent individuals seeing good visions. Such visions may even be a cause for their repentance and uprightness. It is important to adhere to acts of obedience, shun sins, acquire necessary knowledge, avoid bad company, and associate with righteous people.
