ما هو رأي الإسلام في مفهوم المجتمع المدني؟

Civil society is that which is built upon political, economic, social, and cultural institutions operating with relative independence from state authority to achieve various purposes. Islam does not object to the concept of civil society, but the issue lies in the controls and values that govern it. If these are derived from the pure Sharia and do not contradict it, then it is a good and desirable matter. However, if they are not disciplined by the Sharia or are based on principles contrary to Islam, such as secularism and communism, then Islam does not accept it.
